FAQ

  • Who are we waiting for?

    We will be happy to welcome you into the community if:

    • you have a project, an idea, a case that you are working on
    • you share the values of the Gamak Community
    • you are ready to participate for the entire time of arrival
    • you want to hold a workshop or lecture for the community (have something to share)

  • Selection process

    1. You fill out the participant's questionnaire.
    2. We conduct a 20-minute zoom call with one of the team members. We recommend not postponing the application until a later date to guarantee a place.
    3. You make a 50% deposit by booking a seat (the rest can be paid on the spot).
    4. You get access to all the chats and the community schedule.

    We usually respond to the request within 48 hours.

  • Is it possible to go for a shorter/longer period?

    We focus on those who want to try on the format of relocation and remote work, for this you need to live in the country for at least a month (preferably in different seasons). Therefore, all arrivals are from a month, those who have not booked the next month can stay longer (subject to availability). You can come for several races!

  • What is included in the price?

    The price includes accommodation and infrastructure (Wi-Fi, cooking area, bicycles).

    Residents pay for tickets, meals, entertainment and tourist events themselves.

  • Terms of refund

    Rules for the refund for participants:

    • 30 or more days before the start

      If your plans have changed at least 30 days before the arrival, we will refund you the entire fee you paid.

    • From 30 to 15 days before the start

      Unfortunately, people usually plan in advance and it is problematic to find someone in less than a month for the project, so in this case we can return only half of your deposit OR leave the entire deposit amount for any of the future arrivals.

    • From 14 to 0 days

      Less than 14 days before the start of the check-in, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your deposit or reschedule for a future check-in. Almost certainly the place will remain empty, since it is difficult to find a participant in such a short time.

  • How to get to the Coliving?

    Direct line from Pogorica airport. 20 minutes to the point. Easy logistics with 30+ European cities.

  • Can you meet me at the airport?

    No, but it's easy to get to Coliving by taxi or public transport. We support you with detailed instructions

  • Can I go with a couple/friend/relative?

    Yes, but only if he/she also submits an application and passes the selection.

  • Is it possible to travel with a pet?

    Unfortunately, at the moment we do not accept guests with pets. But we have some pet turtles! 🤣

  • How is the food organized?

    Usually everyone cooks breakfast and lunch themselves, if desired, you can cooperate - buy food and cook together, or order delivery.
